What is a "Cookie"
A cookie is a small file stored in your computer, mobile device, or any other smart terminal device by the store server when you log in or browse the store. It usually contains identifiers, store name, and some numbers and characters. When you visit the store again, the store can recognize your browser through the cookie. How We Handle, Use, Share, Transfer, and Disclose Personal Data
Processing and Use
Some store functions may be provided by our third-party partners, to whom we may delegate processing of certain personal data. For example, when using automatic payment, we may require third-party payment companies to handle your credit card information to charge the relevant service fees as per your instructions. If using SHOPLINE Pay, third-party service providers may handle your and your customers’ data to facilitate "Know Your Customer" checks and monitor transactions and risk. We will sign confidentiality agreements with third-party providers to manage the purpose, processing duration, and responsibilities on both sides.
Sharing
We do not share personal data with any third parties except in the following cases:
- At your request or with your prior explicit authorization or consent.
- To fulfill obligations under legal regulations.

For SHOPLINE, we may share your or your customers’ personal data with SHOPLINE affiliates within the necessary scope to provide products and services, offer recommendations, resolve account issues, or protect the personal and property safety of our affiliates, other users, or the public. If we share sensitive personal data or use it for purposes different from those for which it was collected, we will seek your authorization and consent again.

When you use our mobile app, you may be asked to share your geolocation through the mobile app. You may opt out of sharing your geolocation details by adjusting the location services settings on your mobile device. To decline the sharing of your geolocation details, please follow the instructions on your device or contact your service provider or device manufacturer.
(5) Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us or object at any time, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data. We will apply your preferences moving forward. In certain cases, withdrawing consent for our use or disclosure of your personal data may mean that you cannot take advantage of some of our products or services.
