Attendees sign in by scanning QR code

By scanning Mobile-App QR code on the ChowPAD, the attendees can sign in online pre-booked meeing seamlessly, or call a walk-in meeting speedily. The ChowPAD can also unlock an electric door lock when any attendee checks in. The usage status can be traced real-time.

No-show reservation, after the buffer time is over, will be auto-canceled, then the room is free to book. It can maximize space utilization and eliminate empty reservations.
